WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM CHARGED?
Charges are brought against companies or individuals. Whether you are an individual a company, or a corporation we can assist.
If you find that you are being charged, it is important to seek our advice at the earliest opportunity. This should enable us to ensure that you take the necessary steps at the right time to protect your interests and assist with your defence.
It is always important to ensure that we are able to obtain and preserve evidence on your behalf at the earliest point of a prosecution. Trying to remember complicated business dealings, trying to piece together a chain of events or a series of documents can be difficult if you are having to do it retrospectively.
We will work closely with you at all times to help you build your defence, collate evidence, obtain witness statements and seek advice and reports from specialist expert witnesses.
Early intervention can mean that it is still possible to avoid going to court at all.
