The Johnson Partnership Criminal Solicitors in Mansfield go 13 extra miles!
February 21st, 2012
A recent change in policy by Nottinghamshire Police and the Nottingham and Mansfield Magistrates’ Courts have seen clients accused of committing offences in the Hucknall area having their cases heard at the Magistrates’ Court in Nottingham rather than Mansfield.
Confusion reigns as clients find themselves detained and questioned in one place, only to be bailed or remanded to an entirely different Court.
In an attempt to overcome confusion and logistical difficulties The Johnson Partnership have committed to assist clients if they find themselves in difficulty by arranging transport from the Hucknall area. Clients answering bail at Mansfield Police Station or the Nottingham Magistrates’ Court can phone ahead of time to the Mansfield office to make suitable transport arrangements.
Louisa Treharne, Andy Bostock, Abbie Edwards, Yvonne Wragg and Annabel Hayes are all keen to ensure that new and old clients alike don’t find themselves disadvantaged by the changes in Court policy.
Only The Johnson Partnership Solicitors Mansfield office has so far gone public in offering this commitment and assurance.
