A Nose to Tail Service

By having a large number of fully employed police station advisers across each of our officers we are able to guarantee advice at the police station whatever the time of day, the nature of the case, and the location of the police station. Whether you have been newly arrested or warned to attend for a voluntary interview or you are simply returning to the police station on bail, a skilled advisor will be able to accompany you.

At the other end of your involvement with the criminal justice system we have teams of advocates available to represent you wherever your case is being heard. If you require representation in the Magistrates Court we will try to see you before the hearing and make sure that we have as much information as possible to help us advise you about the progress of your case. Whether there’s to be a trial or a plea and mitigation our advocates will be happy to look after you.

If your case progresses to the Crown Court, we are always happy to instruct expert Counsel to represent you. In addition, we have one of the largest teams of in house Crown Court Advocates in the country.

Many of our Crown Court Advocates also take a turn on our out of hours rota and so it may be that the person that you first see at the police station is the same one who represents you when you come to be sentenced or when your found not guilty!
