Pardeep was raised and studied in Derby and ventured to Birmingham to do the LPC. He started at Johnsons in 2004 in the Police Station Department in Nottingham, learning the ways of the firm. He qualified in 2008 and shortly after moved over to the Derby office. he is the longest serving member at the Derby office, Duty Solicitor
