Olivia Osborne

Olivia Osborne

Trainee Solicitor (Nottingham)

I graduated NTU with a 2.1 in 2023 and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws in 2024, graduating with a Commendation. In my second year of my undergraduate degree, I undertook a 10 week placement at Johnsons shadowing various advocates and crown court clerks. At the conclusion of this placement I was keen to return.

I came back to work in the Crown Court department in July 2024. I deal with a range of cases, including theft, sexual offences and grievous bodily harm with intent.

Olivia Parker

Crown Court Caseworker, Trainee Solicitor (Nottingham)

I have worked at Johnsons since undertaking a 10 week placement at the Mansfield Office during my second year of my undergraduate degree. I was then offered a permanent position in August 2023. During this time I have become an accredited police station representative and have since moved to our Crown Court department in September 2024 in which I litigate a variety of cases including domestic assaults, sexual offences and drug offences. I have a particular interest in litigating cases in which the defendant may be vulnerable and requires extra support throughout their proceedings.

I graduated with a law degree from Nottingham Trent University in 2024 and I am now completing the Legal Practice Course alongside a Masters in Law whilst completing my training contract. Once I qualify I hope to progress into a Higher Court Advocate and continue my work within the Crown Court Department.
