Another morning today picking up the pieces after an online ‘motoring expert’ solicitor had put a client in a far bigger mess than they were to start with. While there’s some very good people operating in what can be a very technical area of law there’s far too many snake oil salesmen that can leave people with higher costs, lost credit on conviction and massive bills based on spurious defences and false promises. Anyone unfortunate enough to find themselves in this position really needs to do their homework on who they instruct before being taken in by glossy websites and big claims of improbable results.
