Domestic Violence Protection Notice

Been released from the police station and served with a Domestic Violence Protection Notice (DVPN)?

If you have been released from the police station without charge but served with a DVPN and told to go to court so that an order can be made against you, you need to call us urgently!  We can represent you at court via legal aid to oppose the application for a Domestic Violence Protection Order (DVPO) or agree more favourable terms of the Order as well as make representations why the costs of bringing that application by the police should not be paid by you.
